A working table to suit every application
The multifunctional table concept of Trotec laser machines allows optimal configuration for all laser engraving and cutting applications. The ideal table can be selected and changed easily depending on the chosen application, allowing for the highest processing quality and productivity.
For example, foils and paper require a vacuum table with high exhaust power levels to achieve optimum laser cutting and engraving results. However for laser cutting acrylics, as few contact points as possible are desirable as this helps to avoid back reflections on the material. In this example an acrylic cutting grid or acrylic slat cutting table is preferable.
Aluminum Cutting Grid Table
The perfect solution for all general laser cutting tasks, the aluminium cutting grid table is suitable for a variety of cutting tasks with parts smaller than 100 mm, as they remain in a flat position after laser cutting.
Aluminum Slat Cutting Table
This table is perfectly suited to laser cutting thicker materials (up to 8 mm thickness) and for parts wider than 100 mm. Components can be individually placed and the table can be adjusted to suit individual applications.
Acrylic Cutting Grid Table
The special acrylic cutting grid prevents back reflections on the material during laser cutting and engraving, making it ideal for laser cutting acrylics, laminates and plastic films with parts smaller than 100 mm, as these remain in a flat position after the cut.
Acrylic Slat Cutting Table
The cutting table with acrylic lamellas prevents reflection during cutting. This table is particularly used for laser cutting thicker materials (up to 8 mm thickness) and for parts wider than 100 mm. You can remove individual lamellas depending on the application.
The vacuum table fixes various materials to the working table using a light vacuum, ensuring accurate focusing over the entire working surface and as such better engraving results are achieved. Additionally it reduces the handling effort which is associated with mechanical mounting.
This table is perfect for thin and light weight materials including paper, foils and films which typically do not lay flat on the surface.
The ferromagnetic construction of the table allows users to mount thin materials like paper, films or foils with magnets in order to ensure an even and flat surface for processing. This is essential to achieving optimal results for laser engraving and marking applications.
Honeycomb Cutting Tabletop
The honeycomb tabletop is especially suitable for any application that requires minimal back reflections and the material to be flat. An example of this is laser cutting membrane switches. It is recommended that a honeycomb tabletop is used in conjunction with a vacuum table.
