This sample can be created using the Speedy 300 and Speedy 400 laser engraver with the JobControl® Vision software.
Step 1: Import graphic files and print
Start by importing our template and adapting it to your requirements. We printed the design to the back of the acrylic using a UV-printer. Using the registration marks the JobControl Vision camera system will recognise the position and cut precisely along the contour.
Step 2: Design acrylic
Next import our template and adapt it to your requirements. Prior to drawing the final connections measure the kerf. For this make a test cut with a suitable parameter and lens. TroGlass XT features a consistent material thickness, allowing you to transfer the testing results to all future designs when using the same laser settings.
Send the job to the laser using the driver settings below.
