Bottle display made of printed TroGlass XT

Create an original bottle display from TroGlass XT. Extruded acrylic has a constant material thickness and is therefore suitable for applications where parts have to be put together.

Pineapple-themed print and cut design layout prepared for Trotec laser cutter in graphic software

Step 1

Step 1: Import graphic files and print

Import our template and adapt it to your requirements. We print the design to the back of the acrylic with an UV-printer. With the registration marks the JobControl Vision camera system will recognize the position and cut precisely along the contour.

Step 2

Step 2: Design acrylic

Import our template and adapt it to your requirements. Before drawing the final connections measure the kerf. For this make a test cut with a suitable parameter and lens. TroGlass XT comes with a consistent material thickness. Hence you can transfer the testing results to all future designs when using the same laser settings.<br/> Send the job to the laser using the driver settings below.
