This is how I would describe my job to a friend

I manage the International Customer Service (abbreviated: CS) team and manage three branches myself (USA, Italy and Mexico), as well as South America and Latin America. All processes run through CS -- from the time the order is submitted until delivery. My area of responsibility also includes training (SAP order processing) and support for our colleagues in the branches.

I spend most of my work day...

...talking with my colleagues and on the PC.

The coolest thing about my job is

...that every day is different and you never know what's going to happen. The variety is what I like best.

Something personal about myself

I love to go on vacation, especially to far away countries. The countries I like the best are in Asia.
