This is how I would describe my job to a friend
I manage the International Customer Service (abbreviated: CS) team and manage three branches myself (USA, Italy and Mexico), as well as South America and Latin America. All processes run through CS -- from the time the order is submitted until delivery. My area of responsibility also includes training (SAP order processing) and support for our colleagues in the branches.I spend most of my work day...
