We are searching for an energetic, customer-focused self-starter to join our marketing team. Duties include:
- Working with Tradeshow Coordinator on planning and preparing for tradeshows, including signing up for booth space, packing crates, arranging logistics, ordering show services, replenishing supplies, and other duties as assigned
- Attending major tradeshows (travel requirements approximately 30%) to oversee show logistics, booth set-up and material handling, and scan badges
- Assisting with tasks to promote our presence at events, including social media posts, website content, company listings, and other duties as assigned
- Supporting the materials business unit with lead gen and follow-up tasks, including answering phone and email inquiries, following up on web shop registrations, and helping with tasks to promote materials products
- Writing and editing marketing content as assigned
Skills required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Background working with SalesForce or other CRM systems (preferred)

Description:
Provides onsite repairs and technical training as well as technical support via phone, email and other electronic communication between customers and sales staff. This position requires frequent travel within the US. This is a direct hire assignment and pay will be based on relevant experience. Experience/Education:
Associates program or technical school degree in Engineering principles or a suitable combination of education and work experience. Experience in computer software, file management, electronics, digital circuits, wiring, and mechanics is helpful. Well-mannered, able to work with all different types of customers. Must have and maintain a clean and valid driver’s license and record.

The Inside Sales Rep will be an integral member of a team that sells and supports our extensive line of laser and engraving materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a quick sales cycle environment and will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Inside Sales Rep should be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Position overview
- Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Enter orders in SAP
- Provide excellent customer service and product support
- Prepare and distribute materials samples to prospective customers, marketing, and outside sales
- Key account management and closing of new customers
- Communicate effectively and work with the warehouse and the logistics team on product inventory, shipping details, and processing procedures
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand the database of consumable users
- Work with marketing in the development of material marketing campaigns and assist in supporting the marketing team with information and product support
- Work with sales, marketing, and management, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. Educating and mentoring the sales team on materials

Qualifications
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and mange time effectively
- SAP or other enterprise software experience preferred
- Experience with plastic laminate products and/or laser systems preferred but not required
