Operating your trotec laser machine is easy. Typically you can get started using your laser machine and begin laser cutting and engraving within half a day of training.
The control panel on the laser can be explained to anyone within 5 minutes. Similarly, the mechanical settings can also be explained within a short time. The essential part of the training is the use of JobControl® laser software. The intuitive user interface allows you to begin using it within a few hours. JobControl® software features three modes which are covered depending on the needs of the user. these modes are beginner, advanced and expert mode.
Initial training is received as soon as we set up your laser in your office or production area during installation. This training lasts roughly half a day and includes all basic laser and software functions. The aim of this initial training is to help you begin your laser journey and be able to laser cut and engrave a range of products.

The four-hour basic training session is designed to get you going as quickly as possible with your laser machine and begin processing materials. That’s why our training is tailored to laser applications that are relevant to you. Depending on your requirements you should be able to make the following products after the basic training:
We regularly hold laser taster sessions at our 6 regional showrooms. Customers are able to book an hour training session on these days if they require additional training for their laser machine or are looking to expand their laser knowledge.
A full day of training can also be booked at your business premises. This option is ideal for training new members of staff in how to get the best results with laser cutting, engraving and marking.
