"Of the three laser engraving machines we’ve had, the Trotec laser has been by far the best in terms of everything. It’s a year old and still works like new, and all of the parts are pristine thanks to being enclosed. It requires very little cleaning thanks to the way it’s build and we truly have nothing bad to say."
- Steve Tierney - Managing Director at Exel Engraving -
"It is almost 2 years ago since we bought our Trotec laser and now our “Stampaname” product has sold to thousands of customers. The Trotec wasn’t cheap for a small business. We did look at cheaper Chinese machines but I believe we made the right decision. The reliability of this machine has been great and the after-sales service was superb."
- Cliff Carter - Managing Director, Nametags4U.co.uk -
"If you want the best watch in the world, get a Rolex - if you want the best laser, get a Trotec! We’ve tested many different laser cutters for our wood models and found the Trotec machines to be the most reliable and precise. "

Tips for laser marking metal

Can you laser engrave metal with a CO2 laser, too?

Speedy flexx laser machines feature both CO2 and fibre lasers. This allows you to use both laser sources in a single job without manually having to change the laser source, lenses or focus. This is possible with our patented JobControl® laser software which allows you to assign the desired laser source to each colour of the graphic.

Laminates – from engraving from bottom to top

When laser engraving signs and plaques laminates are a popular material. When engraving them begin the engraving from the bottom up. This extracts dust upwards and the top layer will not discolour.
