This is how I would describe my job to a friend
I work on the service tech desk with my colleagues, together we help our customers diagnose problems with their machines. Typically I would connect to the customer's PC via TeamViewer to solve the issue.As well as this, I carry out machine services/retrofits/upgrades such as upgrading to JC Vision and temperature sensor kits
I spend most of my work day...
