Trotec SpeedMarker laser systems are designed to maximize both marking speed and accuracy. These qualities make SpeedMarker solutions ideal for single-piece, small batch, and high-volume manufacturing processes in which consistency and precision are crucial.
Available in CO2 and fibre configurations, SpeedMarker systems are compatible with a broad range of materials, such as metal, plastic, and wood.
Trotec's SpeedMark® laser software was developed with flexibility and ease-of-use in mind. New users do not require coding skills or extensive training to navigate the software. They can easily add character lines and barcodes directly within SpeedMark®, or import their own files containing images, numbers, text, and shapes.
SpeedMark® includes additional built-in features to help users get started:

Please note that certain upgrades, such as the swivel-mounted laser head, are exclusive to specific models.
Safe and Ergonomic Operation
Trotec's enclosed SpeedMarker systems are independently certified for meeting the Class 2 laser safety requirements established by DIN EN 60825-1. Therefore, no special precautions are required when the laser hood or door is properly sealed.
Further built-in and optional safety features include:
- Emergency STOP button on housing to immediately deactivate laser beam
- Protective glass window and interior LED lighting allowing operator to monitor lasing
- Safety foot switch for controlled laser processing
