Step 1: Cutting
Open the 'Spring' file in your preferred graphics software and send it to the laser using these settings (which may vary depending on your laser):
Laser Settings
Black (engraving): Power: 60%, Speed: 50%, Resolution: 500dpi, air assist ON
Red (cutting): Power: 60%, Speed 1.1%, Frequency 1000Hz, air assist ON, correction 20

Step 2: Assembly
Assembling the parts is easy! The decoration has been designed to fit perfectly without the use of any adhesive.
Tips:
- Use the 2 inch lens.
- Use polyester felt. You will get a clean cutting edge and the result will be even better.
- Using the honeycomb table prevents the felt rubbing off on the processing table. The material does not cover the whole table and the cutting gap fits exactly because there's no radiant heat from the table.
