Step 1 - Design
Begin by importing our template and adapting it to your requirements, or using your own design.
With ""Create job"" move the design to the ""Prepare"" screen.
Step 2 - Laser processing
Load your TroGlass sheets into the laser and adjust the settings to your requirements.
Please note: These settings are for a Speedy 400 120 watt laser cutter. The settings will differ depending on your laser cutter and the available laser power

Step 3 - Finishing
Remove all cut components and clean surface dust prior to assembly.
With the scored outline, layering is a quick and easy task. Your sign is now ready for use.

Tips
Leave the protective coating on the reverse of the material to prevent flashback.
Use a low power to score the baseplate, you can also reduce the size of the outline to ensure it is hidden by the layers.
TroGlass Duo features a gloss and matte side. Our example combines 3 matte finishes, but you can combine finishes for additional value.
Whilst scoring the outline is not required, it helps save significant time aligning the finished sections.
