Trotec safety system for SP Series
Laser safety solutions for safe operation
Safety system: SP2000 and SP3000

Laser safety class 2 for 24/7 production
The entire SP series laser machines are certified as laser class 2. The laser beam is entirely covered along its working path. It also exits the working head eqipped with an active laser deflector shield. What this means is that no structural measures with laser protection walls or special laser safety training for your staff are required.
Machine access even during operation
Trotec values operator safety and protection. This is why we have a clearly defined protection zone with a moving light curtain system and safety bumpers on the moving x-axis. The machine is instantly stopped when the operator steps inside the protection zone. Access to the working area whilst the machine is cutting is therefore possible. Not only do we offer maximum safety, but also optimal productivity with the working area being accessible at all times. Tip: If the protection zone is interrupted and processing is therefore disrupted, you can hit the resume function in order to continue with the processing of your project.Safety system of the SP4000
