Operating Hours over Christmas and New Year

Christmas and the end of 2022 are almost upon us, so we wanted to wish all our valued customers a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the new year. 

We have some important dates that you should mark in your calendars:

GENERAL OPENING HOURS:

We will close our offices on 2pm Thursday 22nd December 2022 and reopen 8:30am Monday 9th January 2023.

CONSUMABLES ORDER DATES:

We recommend you place your consumables orders as soon as possible if you wish to receive it before Christmas. Freight companies are really busy at this time of the year and we have no control over the delivery once the order leaves our warehouse. If we receive any last minute notifications from the freight companies regarding delivery delays we will communicate via our facebook and instagram channels.

Deadlines:
Last day for orders: 12pm (noon) Wednesday 21st December
Last customer pick-up: 1pm Thursday 22nd December 
Last freight orders: picked up Thursday 22nd December (dependent on freight company availability)

Orders can still be placed after these dates however will not be despatched until the new year. 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT HELP:

We have a number of support offerings available during the holiday season, including:
• Website Help Centre - includes material handling techniques, software information and troubleshooting
• Laser parameters for Trotec materials
• Trotec Users official Facebook group - provide the serial number of your machine to join
• Dedicated website for Ruby® - everything Ruby® from installation, release notes and updates to guides and tutorials.
