Puzzle made from MDF
Preparation
Used material:
- printed MDF in 3mm
Machine used:
- Speedy 400
- 120 watts
- 2" lens
- Vision camera
- Aluminum Cutting Grid Table or Honeycomb Cutting Tabletop
Step by step
Design
Import our template and adapt it to your requirements. Exchange our pictures by your own or your customer's images. Print the design directly on the MDF with an UV printer.
With "Create job" move the design to the "Prepare" screen.
Laser process
Place the job to the desired position and adapt the settings. To activate the Vision functionality click the Print&Cut symbol. Regmarks will automatically be detected and the effekt "Print&Cut" will be added to the parameter. Choose your desired compensation method and send the job to the "Queue" for Laser processing.
The laser parameters may vary depending on the type of laser machine and available laser power. In addition, the printing process used can have an impact on the laser parameters.
Tip: Apply application tape to reduce the traces of smoke from the print. Leave out the registration marks, so that the camera system can "read" them.

Post processing
Take out the finished puzzle. Use application tape to hold all the pieces together.
