How to export
laser parameters
Learn how to export your files from JobControl® to use them on another workstation, or save them directly onto an external drive. JobControl® files are stored in XML format, and comprise the laser parameters. (Note- these can always be re-imported later.)
Important: If you are using Ruby® laser software, please find instructions on rubyhelp.com.

Opening the material database
- Open JobControl® on your computer
- Select "Settings" → “Material Template Setup Ctrl+M"
- The materials database opens

Click the gear icon to export
- Select “Material group"
- Click the gear icon
- Next select whether you want to export an individual material or all materials.
After selecting the desired storage location, you're all done!
