The SpeedMarker 700 and SpeedMarker 1300 laser marking systems come with an optional motorized lift door. This feature improves efficiency by saving the operator time during job preparation, and makes it safer to operate the laser marker. The motorized lift door is also equipped with convenient laser protection glass that allows you to view monitor the components during laser marking.
Available for the SpeedMarker 700 and SpeedMarker 1300, we offer configurable laser marking workstations. Depending on the marking application and individual preference, these large laser marking workstations can be used either as sitting or standing workplaces. This add-on feature can improve laser marking efficiency by allowing the operator to quickly load and unload components.
Businesses who use laser marking machines often use them for marking smaller parts or items. But what happens if they need to mark larger items from time to time? If this is the case with your business, you may want to consider adding a pass-through option for your galvo laser workstation. Like its name implies, this feature is an opening in the workstation that allows larger or longer items to "pass through" or extend beyond the work area to be marked. The feature makes the machine a laser class 4 for that particular job, but offers you more flexibility to work with a broader range of workpieces.
The pass through option is available for the ProMarker 300 and the SpeedMarker 300.
Our SpeedMarker 700 and 1300 laser marking machines are available with software-controlled x and y axes, an option that allows the operator to move the Galvo head along the x- and y-axes via the included SpeedMark software (in the case of the y axis, the y-table moves). This enables the operator to increase efficiency by using the entire processing surface at the large laser marking workstations. This feature also includes segmentation capabilities, which further improve laser marking efficiency by allowing the operator to use the entire processing area in one step. The SpeedMarker 1300 laser marking workstation includes the software-controlled x-axis in the standard configuration, and is an optional feature available for the SpeedMarker 700 laser marker.
The software-controlled z-axis allows you to adjust your marking laser to different workpiece heights. The adjustment can be directly controlled in SpeedMark laser software. This feature saves you time when you are setting the laser distance from the work piece, and makes laser focusing successful for any application.
You can expand the SpeedMarker 700 and SpeedMarker 1300 laser workstations with a software-controlled x- or y-axis.
The LWS 780 RT is a laser marking station with galvo rotary table and bulkhead. With this add-on, you can significantly reduce the cycle time during laser marking of series production parts and when labeling components during the assembly of the laser system.
The working height is increased by an additional base to approx. 37.4" which allows you to work in a standing position.
The LED illuminated interior for the Trotec laserworkstations assists you with the correct component positioning and with laser focusing prior to the marking job. It can be switched off from outside the machine.
A large pullout table as the Y axis, which is mobile across the entire width of the workstation. Work area: 1,000 x 375mm
Two shuttle tables, each spanning over half the working area. These can either be controlled alternatingly (for a semi-automated marking process), or be moved simultaneously (for the marking of large components). Work area: 2 x 500 x 375 mm
