- 2" lens
- Vacuum table and acrylic cutting grid table
NOTE: You can use any laser system from the Speedy series for this application.
Step by Step

Step 1: Prepare the Artwork
Create your own artwork, or download our template plates (above) and adjust it to your liking. Send the file to JobControl® using the recommended Print settings below.

Process mode | Resolution | Cut line |
---|---|---|
Standard | 500dpi | none |

Steps 2: Laser Cut the TroGlass Sheets
Place the first TroGlass sheet that you wish to process on the acrylic cutting grid table. Next, adjust the laser processing parameters.
Proceed to laser cut the sheet. Repeat this process for the other two TroGlass sheets.
NOTE: The optimal processing parameters may vary depending on your laser system's wattage.
Laser Parameters
Color | Process | Power (%) | Speed (%) | ppi/Hz |

Step 3: Affix the Decorative Lettering to the Wall
Use the square TroGlass lettering cutout to mark where to drill holes in your wall. Next, use an electric drill or screwdriver to drill the mounting screws (in the standoff kit) into the marked places on your wall.
Once the holes are drilled, mount the standoffs. Finally, hang the square cutout and the lettering cutouts (in that order) on the standoffs. Finally, secure the acrylic lettering to the standoffs with an Allen key.
