- 3 half-sheets of TroGlass (1/8")
- 1 sheet of MDF (1/8")
- Acrylic glue and superglue

Trotec Laser and Accessories
You can use any machine from the SP series for this application. If you wish to use a Speedy 360 or Speedy 300, please adapt the design template (below) accordingly. The sheets should have a minimum height of 13.6".
Tips
- Use the Aluminum Cutting Grid Table to process the MDF sheet
- To prevent the laser beam onto the back of the acrylic sheet (while it is being cut), we recommend using the Acrylic Cutting Grid Table
Step by Step

Step 1
Step 1: Prepare Your Design
Import our design (below) into your graphics program and make any desired adjustments. Alternatively, you may choose co create your own wreath design from scratch. Send the completed file to your laser using the recommended settings below.

Step 2
Step 2: Cut the TroGlass and MDF Sheets
Insert the Aluminum Cutting Grid Table, and then place the MDF sheet on your laser's work area. Proceed to cut the material. Next, remove the MDF cutouts and remaining material as well as the Aluminum Cutting Grid Table.
Proceed to insert the Acrylic Cutting Grid Table, and place the the first half-sheet of TroGlass on the work area. Cover the remaining area (e.g., with standard printing paper) to maximize the vacuum's suction force on the sheet. Next, laser cut the TroGlass material, and remove the protective foil from the sheet once the job is finished. Repeat this process with the second and third half-sheets of TroGlass.
