Send the job for the coloured layers (using TroGlass Frosted and Colour Gloss) with the below parameters.

Before you start cutting the TroGlass sheets, apply the adhesive to the back. Make sure to leave a clearance of 1 1/2" at the top of the sheet—this space will be used for the levitating portion and the triangles.

Assembly multi layer sign
Step 7

Step 7: Assembly

Begin with adhering the striped pattern to the white base plate. When placing it yourself, find the hole to align it.

Next, be sure that the TroGlass Frosted sheet is precisely glued onto the black ADA.

Afterwards, we attach the TroGlass Colour Gloss pieces. The best way to place them is by putting the letters at the bottom so that the area with no adhesive foil is where it should be. Then the black and green or orange letters can be added.

Repeat these same steps on the back side of the shield. Next, put the triangles in the holes.

Thread a string through the holes and your multi-layered sign is complete.
