Step 1

Step 1: Import/create design template

Import our design template into your graphics program and adapt it to the size of your wooden beam.

TIP:

We made the engraving border of the graphic a little bit bigger than the actual size of the wood beam to make up for any size differences of the wood.

LASER PARAMETERS

TIPS:

Select these two options in JobControl® to get the best cutting results.

  • 500 dpi

Important: Laser parameters can vary depending on the machine and laser power you use.

TIPS:

To get the exact starting position, find the middle of the wood beam by measuring it and placing the laser there.

Step 3: Post-processing

The material requires no cleaning after engraving. Once you have finished engraving on all four sides, fix the candle holder on top of the wooden block and insert the candle. You can also put other items like a bowl on top of the wooden block. Your creativity is the only limit.
