Our intelligent, multifunctional SpeedMark marking software is specifically developed for automated marking processes. It provides program modules for all standard marking tasks, including the creation of serial numbers and codes. These can also be customised and compiled into tailor-made marking programs using graphical sequence controls. Our custom user-interfaces enable easy input as well as automation - all the while, requiring no professional programming knowledge. SpeedMark runs on Windows and is available in multiple languages.
Available for:
In order to increase the efficiency and quality of individual work orders to a maximum, it is advisable to map the process using various scripting options by default. Once the process has been described in the scripting, only two things need to be considered after each additional process:
Thus, the marking process can be reproduced identically by changing operators and error sources are reduced to a minimum. Standard software interfaces also help to eliminate unnecessary sources of error.
What do you want to mark? Graphics? Serial numbers? Barcodes? SpeedMark® offers a solution for nearly every task.
You want to mark more efficient? SpeedMark® supports you to create a workflow
Every material is different and so SpeedMark® supports many tools to get that perfect mark.
You have a fixed workflow but now you want to protect it and make it easy to use for any operator? Or you have a more complex program?
The unique combination of flowcharts (for program execution) and graphic fields (or marking) allows you to easily display any complex sequence, and you won't need any additional software packages.
The 'laser parameter finder' makes determining the laser parameters for any new application or material quick, easy and care-free. In addition to a static matrix with fixed variables (frequency, speed and power), there is also a dynamic parameter matrix, meaning you will always have a flexible working style.
The SpeedMark® software has a large pool of predefined materials and the associated parameters for laser marking. This allows an ability to produce a high quality laser marking in a short time without many unsuccessful attempts. For very demanding materials, this collection of parameters serves as a guideline.
The SpeedMark® marking software allows you to control multiple axes (linear and rotational control). This feature is great for helping you easily mark large components or multiple small parts all at once (linear segmentation). It also helps when marking round components like cones, spears and tubes (rotary engraving).
With the new 3D Software capabilities of SpeedMark 4.2 you can use the Speedmarker DS (dynamic shifter) as a high quality laser marker for 3D objects.
Marking of tilted planes, balls, bowls, cylinders and tubes can be done fast and easy. All with virtual rotary option - even for multiple objects in one single run
