Atmos exhaust systems have been paired perfectly with different Trotec laser systems to help you make the optimal choice for you and your application.
The Atmos Nano is a compact laser exhaust system - it's light, easy to transport and ideal for most Fiber laser applications. It is particularly suited for applications that only produce small dust particles and minimal odour.
The Atmos Cube is used as a single unit alongside smaller laser machines. It functions as a support frame for those lasers, and is suitable for applications with little dust production.
The Atmos Mono is a stand-alone system with a single turbine. It's best used alongside applications with medium levels of dust and debris.
The Atmos Mono Plus is another stand-alone system with one turbine, but it also has two activated carbon 'Comfort Bags'. It is the perfect system for high-odour applications as well as jobs with a medium level of dust production.
The Atmos Duo Plus is another stand-alone system, but it has two turbines as well as two activated carbon 'Comfort Bags'. It is the perfect exhaust system for all those odour-intensive applications with high levels of dusts and gases.

We always recommend the use of a pre-filter when engraving or cutting materials that produce a large amount of dust, such as wood and rubber. The pre-filter is positioned between the laser machine and the exhaust system. It ensures your machine's safety, as coarse particles and thick dust is separated from the exhaust air prior to entering the Atmos system. This will not only keep your laser machine extra safe, but it will greatly extend the service life of your exhaust system and reduce costs for replacement filters.
If any particularly tenacious particles are produced while laser processing, you can also equip the pre-filter with an additive dosage unit to prolong the service life of the filter as well. This is sometimes required when processing large quantities of acrylic.
VENT series fans ensure the efficient removal of dusts and gases that don't require any additional filtering. If you decide on this exhaust system, we ask you to keep in mind that it will not clean dust particles or filter out any odours. If a filtering exhaust system is required at a later stage, we do offer suitable exhaust systems that include a filter from the prestigious Atmos series.
The VENT Exhaust Fans are all designed with aluminium silicon alloy cast or steel plates. This ensures a long-term, robust and successful operation.
The exhaust rate is adjusted fully automatically depending on the saturation of the filter. Gas and dust are optimally extracted for all applications at any time and a constant flow of air is guaranteed.
Atmos laser exhaust systems communicate with Trotec JobControl®, SpeedMark or DirectMark Software. The software starts automatically when the laser processing begins, and stops as soon as the job is finished. Processing notifications and warnings are displayed in the software.
Replacement of filter units and activated carbon is easy, clean and convenient. The innovative design allows you to replace the entire filter on your exhaust system in just a few movements.
The control panel can be accessed easily and conveniently at any time. Its display shows filter saturation, air flow, operating hours and speed range.
The Atmos laser exhaust systems are equipped with brushless continuous flow turbines. They are completely maintenance-free. In addition, the continuous fresh air cooling ensures maximum operating life.
The Trotec JobControl® software can be used to set the running time of the turbines before and after completing the engraving process. The exhaust power is thus adjusted reliably and saves valuable energy and money by automated switch-on times.
Helps to clean the inside of your laser and the workpieces. The cleaning set can also be attached to the exhaust hose on the back of the Atmos exhaust system.
Ensures the further reduction of operating noise and makes the Atmos exhaust systems even more quiet. Ideal for the use in offices or retail locations.
The user can choose between the standard filter or the HEPA filter. The standard filter is the ideal choice for all CO2 and flexx applications, the HEPA filter is particularly suited to fiber laser applications with the smallest dust particles. It is easy to replace the particle filter: Open the lid, remove the filter and insert the new filter. The layer structure of the filter and the use of pre-filter matting results in cost savings.

All stand-alone devices in the Atmos Series can be connected to an external exhaust system.
The use of pre-filter is recommended, if there is a large quantity of dust to be filtered. This is positioned between the laser device and the exhaust system. The dust particles are collected in a separate container. You can choose between pre-filter systems with mechanical or automatic cleaning (using compressed air). If particularly tenacious particles are produced (e.g. when processing acrylic), the pre-filter can also be equipped with an optional additive dosage unit.
