Benefits of the Speedy laser engravers

How can a Speedy laser engravers empower you?

Productivity by design
One major way is by dramatically boosting productivity. With engraving speeds up to 170 in./second, 5g acceleration, and a laser power up to 120 watts, Speedy laser engravers are faster than any other laser machine on the market. Thanks to the OptiMotion™ motion control, cutting jobs are up to eight times faster than comparable laser machines on the market.

Speedy laser engravers do more than get the job done quickly. CeramiCore® laser tubes feature faster pulse rates, allowing you to produce precise details and high-quality processing results even at high processing speeds, so you'll be able to meet a wider range of customer needs, and increase product value and selling prices.

Thanks to the InPack Technology™, all sensitive components of the laser engraving machine, such as lenses, mirrors or motors, are protected against dust. This results in higher productivity and lower operating costs for you.

Want to increase laser processing efficiency even further?

Flexibility by Design
When you combine a CO2 and a fiber laser in one machine, something exciting happens: you double your capabilities and cut your processing time. Our patented Flexx Technology™ combines both types in one machine, and depending on the material, the two laser sources are activated alternately – in one job, without manual changing of the laser tube, lens or focus.

The multi-functional table concept allows the ideal table to be selected and easily switched depending on your application. This ensures the highest processing quality and productivity. Use the modular concept and choose different lenses or other options such as the pass-through or rotary engraving attachment.

Usability by Design
We keep things simple with our intuitive JobControl® laser software. You can work in your usual graphics program and simply send your jobs to the laser using a printer driver. Equipped with a variety of options, the software is suitable for both beginners and experienced engravers.

Our Speedy lasers also feature patented SonarTechnology™ which provides  automated focusing at the touch of a button. With the dynamic status display and 100% view of the work area, the status of the laser and processing progress can be seen directly on the machine, so you will also avoid unnecessary downtime, and with our multi-functional table concept, the processing table and materials can be inserted quickly and easily, without straining your back.

Atmos exhaust systems and Speedy laser engravers create a perfectly matched system, providing a clean and safe complete solution that guarantees easy operation.
