Preparation

You Will Need
  • Uncoated, coloured paper, 130g
  • Paper glue or double-sided adhesive discs
Machine Used
  • Speedy 360, 80 Watt
  • 2" lens
  • Aluminium grit cutting table

You are free to use any machine from the Speedy series to create this sample.

  • Use the grayscale matrix to find the correct parameters for your chosen material

Step 1

Step 1: Import / Create the Design Template

Import our template into your chosen graphics program. Adapt it to yours or your customers’ requirements and send the job to your laser engraving machine. 

Print Settings:

Step 2

Step 2: Laser Process

When laser engraving this very thin type of paper, you will only need to use minimal laser power, as the material is only being bleached. Place the paper into your laser engraving machine and begin the process using the following parameters:

Step 3

Step 3: Post-processing

Now that you've finished laser processing your paper, remove it from the machine. You'll need to fold along all the indicated folding lines and stick the packaging together.
