You can laser mark many different materials with our SpeedMarker laser systems. Given that plastics are different in their chemical composition and react differently to laser impact, it is crucial to define the correct parameter in order to achieve optimal results.
Laser parameter finder
Our laser parameter tool helps you laser mark different applications and new materials. By marking a parameter matrix on the material, you can easily find the correct parameter. Three variables include frequency, speed and power. The static matrix involves one fixed variable (can be defined by the user) whilst the other variables are marked on a matrix.
We provide you with a pre-defined and optimised laser parameter database for the most common materials. You can easily develop this database by adding individually defined parameters that are unique to your applications and materials. The Material Database is easy to use and assists in reducing set-up times for commonly used materials.
