How would I describe my job:
I am responsible for managing after sales service support in the Netherlands. I coordinate installations of new laser systems, and make appointments for service visits. I also schedule service meetings to ensure that both my team and I stay up to date about the latest developments. I spend the rest of the week on the road building customer relationships, I also assist with new installations and services conducted on client premises.

...Enjoying my job! I can't work without my mobile phone, e-mail, Salesforce and Teamviewer. They are such important tools, I couldn't work without them!
The best thing about my job is:
Every day is different to the next. There are so many different things that need to be done every day. One day your in the office, then you're installing a new laser in another city. The variety is the perfect mix for me. The other great thing is the room Trotec Laser gives me to grow and develop within the organisation.
What I like most about Trotec is:
Despite the significant growth of the company , it still feels like a 'family business.' They give you a lot of time to develop your understanding of the lasers inside out. I also appreciate the frequent training that helps keep the team and I up to date with the latest knowledge of the laser systems and JobControl.
