Support for LST Group customers
Following the recent liquidation of the LST Group, Trotec Laser Australia has worked to ensure ongoing support for affected customers by securing key resources - both people and parts. We’re proud to welcome former LST team members, whose industry knowledge and experience have strengthened our existing team and are helping to ensure a smooth transition for Universal laser users and IPI material customers.
To help maintain continuity, Trotec has acquired LST’s remaining stock of Universal Laser spare parts and IPI plastics, which are now available for immediate purchase. While Trotec did not acquire LST Group and will not act as a distributor for Universal or IPI products, Universal laser customers can now rely on our nationwide team of factory-trained technicians for servicing and preventative maintenance. Please note that 3D printer support is not offered, as it falls outside our scope of expertise.
