New options for the SpeedMarker series

From now on, some new options are available for the marking lasers of the SpeedMarker series. Now that these functions and features have been successfully implemented in some customer projects, they are now available for the laser workstations or SpeedMarker FL OEM lasers.

100 watt MOPA laser

The SpeedMarker fiber lasers are now available with more power. The 100 Watt laser source was successfully tested last year in collaboration with industrial customers, and is now available in the series. For you, this means more efficiency, since higher performance makes significantly faster laser processing times possible. On the one hand, this means shorter cycle times for traditional marking, and on the other, deep engraving on metals can now be done more quickly. Especially in industries where robust and durable marking of heavily loaded parts is required, the higher laser power pays off quickly. This includes, for example, applications in the automotive industry, in aircraft technology, in machining technology, in mining and in the related supplier industries.

More power, proven MOPA technology

With the introduction of the 100 Watt laser source, we rely on the proven MOPA technology. With the adjustable pulse durations, the laser offers more application options and can therefore be used for marking and engraving metals and many types of plastics. Of course, all the advantages of the conventional fiber laser also apply to the MOPA lasers: maintenance-free, long service life, air-cooled, performance stability and high efficiency. This new laser source is available for the SpeedMarker 700 and SpeedMarker 1300 laser workstations and OEM SpeedMarker FL. In order to enable the proper set-up for every application and marking requirement, as with the other laser sources of the SpeedMarker series, five different optics and therefore five different marking fields are available.

Wide-opening door for laser workstations

In addition, there is a high lift gate for the large laser workstations SpeedMarker 700 and SpeedMarker 1300, among other things to make it easier to install the rotary unit 2 in the laser workstations. The large, wide-opening safety door allows ideal accessibility during manual loading. This door opens and closes automatically, and can be operated in automatic mode as well. Despite the high opening front, a normal room height of 2.40 meters is absolutely sufficient.
