Print settings:

Put TroLase Foil into your Trotec laser and cover the rest of the engraving table to maximize the vacuum effect. Start the engraving from the bottom to prevent the dust from settling on the engraved areas. The parameters can differ depending on the laser machine used and laser power available.

During kiss-cutting you cut through only the top layer of the sticker material, while the backing layer remains intact. This allows the stickers to be easily peeled and removed from the backing layer.

Clean the sheet with a damp cloth. Leave the material in the machine and the vacuum activated to make the cleaning process easier.

Impostazioni di stampa:

Inserisci TroLase Foil nel tuo laser Trotec e copri il resto del piano da lavoro con altro materiale, al fine di massimizzare l'effetto dell'aspirazione. Fai partire l'incisione dal basso per evitare che la polvere si depositi sulle aree incise. I parametri possono variare a seconda della macchina laser utilizzata e della potenza laser disponibile.

Durante il mezzo taglio o kiss cutting, si effettuail  taglia solo dello strato superiore del materiale adesivo, mentre lo strato di supporto rimane intatto. Ciò consente agli adesivi di essere facilmente staccati e rimossi dallo strato che funge da supporto.

Pulisci la lastra con un panno umido. In questa fase, ti consigliamo di lasciare il materiale nella macchina e il vuoto attivato per facilitare il processo di pulizia.
