If you need to mark a large quantity of small workpieces, you can put them in stencils and mark them all at once. With the SpeedMark marking software, you can easily create this program in two steps. No programming skills are necessary.
Simply select the desired function by clicking with the mouse (see picture) and position it in the program flowchart.
Now drag the desired marking content between the two array symbols using the mouse.
You can set the number of elements and the respective distance by double-clicking on the array symbol.
Now the program is ready and you can mark your components.
You can mark components with the same "fixed" content, variable content, or dynamic content using SpeedMark's "Array" function. This allows you to create data matrix codes, serial numbers or even text with consecutive numbers. Or you can automate the marking of fixed, variable, and dynamic content from external systems (such as SAP).
