  • 2 pieces of
    2mm corrugated cardboard

Trotec laser used

  • Speedy 300

  • 1.5 inch lens

Step by Step

Step 1: Preparation

Use the vacuum table with the honeycomb tabletop for cutting and engraving the cardboard.

Step 2: Development

Print the first page of the PDF document (the engraving layout) in size of 610 x 300mm. Adjust the marker to the job and engrave it.
After the engraving part you have to turn around the cardboard horizontally and cut the cardboard (cutting file on the second page of the PDF document).
Then place the second cardboard sheet for cutting of the cross-brace elements in the laser. These are on the third page of the PDF document.

Step 3: Used Laser Settings

Import the PDF file into Corel Draw, customize it as you want to or take your own design and send it to the laser.

Tips:

Use the vacuum table with the honeycumb tabletop for cutting and engraving the cardboard. You have to engrave the front of the cardboard and cut it on the back. That's why you have to turn it around after engraving and cut it on the other side.
