Flatbed

The name of the Speedy series says it all. Fast cutting and engraving is what the Speedy series was built for. Glide effortlessly along curves with OptiMotion™. It adjusts cutting speed automatically, ensuring precise contour accuracy and high productivity, ideal for cutting thin materials like foils and vector marking.

Galvos

All machines in the SpeedMarker series come equipped with a high-speed galvo head. SpeedMarker systems are available with fiber lasers with a wavelength of 1060 nm or with a CO2 RF laser (wavelength 10600 nm).

The Speedy 100 cross is the ideal choice for industrial parts marking and impresses with razor-sharp detail on metals and plastics. It enables large-area marking up to 610 x 305 mm (24 x 12 in) and is ideal for small to medium throughput volumes. With a speed of 2.8 m/s (110 ips) and 40 watts laser power, it also excels in the field of personalization and when used in schools and universities. History of Trotec

1991 - A revolutionary idea as the foundation of Trotec Laser

After a trip to the USA Klaus Müller was inspired to use CO2 laser radiation to produce text plates for the stamp industry precisely and under the highest quality standards. This revolutionary idea was the foundation for Trotec Laser’s development history.

1996 - Construction of the first Trotec laser machine: the power laser

Under the direction of Dr. Andreas Penz, today CEO of Trotec, the first Trotec laser machine is developed and built together with the Technical University of Vienna.

1997 - Foundation of Trotec Produktions und Vetriebs GmbH

A separate company emerges from the corporate division of Trodat GmbH.

1999 - First Speedy

Today, Speedy is synonymous with the most productive laser engravers on the market. In 1999, the first member of the product family was developed. Even then, Trotec developers had the profitability of laser users in focus.

2000 - Speedy Compact

Introduction of a compact laser machine for beginners. The idea of offering inexpensive entry-level models for laser beginners lives on today in the Rayjet laser engraving machine.
