With a couple of tips and tricks, you'll produce the optimum conditions and atmosphere for optical device for your Trotec optical device system – whether or not in hot summer heat or in an exceedingly contemporary winter breeze.
These conditions are an environment ideal for a Trotec laser machine:
The laser machine should also be protected from direct sunlight.
During winter time, overnight temperatures might happen to drop below the suggested conditions. This could result in condensation within the laser tube and therefore causing damage. Additionally, greases and oils will harden, moving the mechanical components of the laser machine
Fortunately, these problems can be avoided.
Install a frost guard on the heater to maintain the space temperature from falling below the optimum +15 °C (59 °F). This will conjointly heat up the area slowly before using the laser machine.
Do not place the laser machine too close to the point of the warmth supply, since the warm air may well be drawn in as cooling air, inflicting the laser machine to close up thanks to heating.
Do you have a water cooling device?
Wrap it overnight into an insulating hood so as to keep up the perfect environment for laser. If the fluid is at a temperature below +15 °C (59 °F), the machine can not be switched on, for safety reasons.
In summer, laser machines are exposed to the heat of the sun and to the cold breeze from air conditioning systems. Either of these two conditions can lead to problems. High ambient temperature, in particular, can adversely affect functionality.
Use the following easy guide and tips to avoid these problems.
