Step by step guide
The first impression counts: Use a laser engraved box for your business cards. You can engrave the box with your company logo or personalize it with your name or motto.
We used a business card box out of anodized aluminium
Open the template file and send it to the laser. The laser parameters may vary, as they depend on the machine used and the available laser power.
Page 1 is the engraving for the outer surface of the box, page 2 shows the calendar and page 3 contains the jig.
Red: power 80 %, speed 0.60 %, frequency 5000 Hz, Air Assist on
Use the jig for a better positioning and start with the engraving.
Black: power 30 %, speed 30%, frequency 1000 ppi, Air Assist on
