For a wall decoration of this design (width approx. 24") download the free, larger version of this file. This size will require 6 sheets of TroCraft Eco 24" x 12" each. Adjust the parameter settings according to the thickness of the material.

Step by Step

Step 1: Import your design

Create your own design or use our template. Send the job to the laser using the settings below.

Print settings:

Process mode Resolution Cut line
Standard 500 dpi none
Halftone Others
Ordered Dithering optimized geometries,
inner geometries first

Step 2: Laser process TroCraft Eco

Enter the parameter settings. Our suggested parameters may vary depending on the laser machine used and the available laser power.

Place a sheet of TroCraft Eco into the laser, and cover the remaining work area to create a vacuum effect. Now you're ready to begin processing.

Laser Parameters:

Color Process Power (%) Speed (%) ppi/Hz
 Black Engrave CO2 9 50 500 ppi
Red Cut CO2  24 2 1000 Hz
Passes Air Assist Z-Offset Direction Advanced
1 ON - top down High quality
1 ON - - -

Step 3: Assembly

After processing has completed, remove the pieces from the laser. Pieces are organized in size or sequence from bottom right to top left.

Take the largest piece of the elephant head (without ear cut-outs) and insert it into the rearmost slot of the grid elements. Proceed with the other pieces this way, working back to front. When you are finished, the smallest piece should be placed in the frontmost slot.

Finally, turn the elephant head over and slide the rectangular plate through the two slots. This keeps the pieces in place and serves as a suspension eyelet so that you can display your application.
