High-end quality with laser finishing.
DelVache uses an SP2000 laser cutter to cut and engrave the leather BBQ aprons.
When cutting the aprons you need quite a bit of space. The large work surface of the SP2000 is ideal for spreading out the large pieces of leather and cutting them into the right shape without damaging the material.
As a finishing touch, the engravings are inlaid with gold and bronze tape to create a unique and personalized product. For a high-quality product such as leather aprons, nothing but the best quality engraving is good enough.
I find the webinars from Trotec Netherlands, which are held regularly, very informative. A lot of "insider information" is shared about the best engraving settings. There is also a lot of information available on the website, which is really a big plus.
