Step 1: Design
Import the PDF file into CorelDraw and select the desired graphic (see the tabs below the working area in CorelDraw). Scale to fit your acrylic piece (you will need a front and a back to fit on the piece).

Step 3: Front and back parts
Put a honeycomb cutting table top into the laser and lasercut and engrave the front and back part out of the acrylic. If you use our ship design, you will find them on the second page of our PDF template.
To cut the stand, you can also use our template.

Step 4: Linking parts and lights
You need a few linking pieces to attach the front and back of the ship together with a space in the middle. Apply double-sided adhesive tape between two sheets of acrylic. Do not remove the protection film yet and cut the linking pieces.
Take the linking pieces out of the laser, remove the protection film and apply double-sided adhesive tape. Now you can stick the two ship halves with the linking pieces together. As a last step, put the lights around the linking pieces and affix the ship on the stand.
Your night light is ready to use!

Paso a paso
Paso 1: Diseño
Abra el diseño en PDF que hemos preparado e impórtelo a su programa de diseño, nosotros hemos usado CorelDraw, y seleccione el gráfico deseado. Escálelo al tamaño que quiera. Tenga en cuenta que hay que hacer una parte delantera y otra trasera.
Paso 2: Configuración del láser
Grabado: Potencia: 35% - Velocidad: 10% - Frecuencia: Auto - Air Assist: ON
Corte: Potencia: 30% - Velocidad: 0.1% - Frecuencia: 8,500 Hz - Air Assist: ON
Paso 3: Proceso de corte y grabado
Introduzca su mesa de corte en el láser y grabe la parte delantera de la lámpara. Si le gusta el diseño del barco, lo podrá encontrar en la página 2 del archivo. El soporte para la lámpara también está en este archivo.
Paso 4: Ensamblaje de las piezas
Para mantener la parte delantera y trasera juntas, en el archivo se incluyen unas piezas de sujeción, que mantienen la lámpara en pie, con un espacio entre una y otra cara. Ponga cinta de doble cara entre las 2 partes de la lámpara y no quite el film protector del acrílico hasta haber cortado todas las piezas de unión de la lámpara.
Saque las piezas del láser y encájelas en las caras posterior y anterior de la lámpara. Una vez que las tenga todas encajadas, ya puede poner las luces alrededor de ellas y poner la lámpara sobre su base.
Ya sólo queda enchufarla y disfrutar de su nueva lámpara.
