If you get this message on login, please check the following things below.
- Try to use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser to run Ruby
- An incorrect password may have been used.Custom passwords do not work on new installations. Always use the default password sent in the Ruby welcome email when connecting to a new computer or reset your SuperAdmin password. Simply right-click on the Ruby TrayApp.
- You need an active internet connection to log in to Ruby
- Temporarily disable firewall, malware scanner, … only for the first login. It could block the process
