We show you different ways to define the correct laser parameter for your marking tasks. Find the correct parameter for laser marking metals, coated materials of plastics.
With SpeedMarker laser systems you can laser mark many different materials. Especially all kinds of plastics are different in their chemical composition and react differently on laser impact. Therefore it is very important to define the correct parameter for the best results.
If you have to laser mark different applications and new materials, the laser parameter finder is the ideal tool for you. By marking a parameter matrix on the material you can easily find the correct parameter (three variables frequency, speed and power). Using the static matrix with one fixed variable (can be defined by the user) the other variables are marked on a matrix.
For the most common materials there is a pre-defined and optimized laser parameter database. This database can easily be enhanced by individually defined parameters for your applications and materials. The Material Database is easy to use and helps to reduce set-up times for regularly used materials.
