Step by step guide

Decorate your textiles with your favourite designs, logos and lettering "screen-printing like".


Preparation

Required material:

LaserFlex film, T-Shirt, heat press

Used Trotec Laser:

  • Speedy 300
  • 60 watts
  • 1.5 inch lens

Step by Step

Step 1: Engrave and Cut the LaserFlex

Create your own design or use our template. Send it to the laser with the recommended laser parameters. The parameters might vary depending on the machine used and the available laser power.

Recommended parameters:

Engraving: Power: 40 %, Speed: 40 %, Resolution: 600 dpi, air assist on
Cutting: Power: 30 %, Speed 4 %, Frequency 1000 Hz, air assist on


Step 2: Finish your textile application

Use a heat press for transferring the LaserFlex on textiles. Transfer the film for 17 seconds at 165°C / 329°F. Remove the liner as long as the material is still hot.
