Naturally you can use any machine in the Trotec Laser speedy series to create this decoration.

Tip

Get creative and try using other types of wood from the Trotec Laser wood range, or experiment with various colours from the TroGlass range. By doing this, you will be able to offer your customers even more individuality and flexibility, with a wide variety of colourful options.

Laser cutting wood for christmas decoration

Step 1

Step 1: Design

Use your own design or feel free to use our templates provided. Upload the artwork to the laser using the below listed print settings:

Tip:

To ensure that your tree is well secured to the base plate, simply measure the thickness of the wooden plate prior to cutting, to ensure accurate thickness. As a guideline, you can start with a cutting gap of approximately 0.2mm when cutting with a 2inch lens.

Step 2

Step 2: Laser process the stand

Now, simply enter the below listed parameter settings. Please note the laser parameters may vary depending on the laser machine used and the power available.

Tip:

To create more enhanced contrast in the engraving, lift the Z-Offset to about +4mm.

Step 3: Bauble

Use our template and design, or why not get creative and make your own? Upload the artwork to the laser machine with the below listed print settings:

Step 4: Laser process the bauble

Upload the parameters for the tree decorations to the laser machine. Be aware the settings may be different depending on the laser machine used and power available.

Step 5

Step 5: Construct the tree

Gently insert the base of the tree into the base plate, now you can also hang the tree decorations with the hook from the tree branch. And just like that, you have created your very own festive decorations!
