The dedicated design of the SP4000 specifically for roll material and the table design optimized for textile cutting ensure safe automatic loading and unloading of your textiles. The cut and transport conveyor combines high air permeability and robustness and provides excellent extraction thus ensuring a clean cut edge without smoke residues.
The unloading table further increases the already high productivity of the SP4000. While the laser is working in the processing area, the finished textiles parts can be removed from the unloading table. The laser is in operation permanently. The intelligent automatic segmentation of the processing sector and the unloading area ensures a smooth and productive workflow.
The feeder of the SP4000 creates a highly reliable material transport solution in combination with the transport system of the cutting and unloading table. Thanks to the perfect interplay of feeding and conveying movements with the automatic edge control ensures feeding free of creases, waves or distortions and thus a save cutting result and a reliable production sequence.
