This is how I would describe my job to a friend:

I sell laser machines across all industries. This involves consultation work and new challenges, exciting tasks, and being in contact with all sorts of people every day.

I spend most of my work day...

…with customers (either in person or on the phone) as well as coordinating customer projects.

The coolest thing about my job is...

Something new comes up every day. The technical challenges keep me going. Work is fun every day, and last but not least, I get confirmation of my work through my success in sales.

"A long time ago I cut foam for a laser demonstration. However, the foam caught on fire. I took the foam out of the laser and ran outside to extinguish the fire. Unfortunately I ran past a fire alarm and the alarm signal started immediately. Three fire engines were availalbe within a few minutes. At that time the story was not really funny ..."

The thing I appreciate most about Trotec is:

The ability to work very independently, innovative capacity, team spirit, and good leadership.

Something personal about myself:

I consider myself fortunate to have found a job that I've enjoyed my whole professional life.
In my private life, I'm divorced and have three grown-up children who bring me great joy. I'm a keen competitive marksman, and my other hobbies include dancing, flying and riding my motor scooter.
