- When creating a glass edge it is important to have a nice down draft. This makes laser tape (painter tape) an important tool.
Step by step
Step 1: Import /create design template
You can use the template we have provided, or alternatively, you can create your own stunning necklace charm. The laser parameters may vary depending on the material used.
|Process mode||Resolution||Cut line|
Step 2: Laser process
We recommend using the acrylic cutting grid. Place the material onto the laser bed and ensure that the remaining area is sealed with tape. This will increase the exhaust power, which in turn will create a better down draft.

- We used the standard laser parameters from JobControl® optimised for speed. The material parameters of JobControl can be downloaded here.
Step 3: Post-processing
Insert the split rings into the eyelets provided and attach the chains.
