We're ready to kick-off 2024!

We hope you had a wonderful festive season and happy start to 2024. Our team is back on Tuesday 9th January.

We have a couple of housekeeping items for you:

Laser materials ordered during our closure period will be processed over the next few hours and freight will recommence from the 9th
If you and your laser machine took a break over the holiday season, we recommend following the steps outlined in this article to get your laser back up and running
If you're due a laser machine service, please contact our team as bookings are open for the first few months of the year
Laser machine and Ruby® software demonstrations are available 5 days a week at our showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. Newcastle is by appointment. Bookings can be made by contacting us via the contact options below

We're often asked what's the difference between these materials and which one should I choose for my application. Here's a quick explanation for you.

TroLase Thins (0.5mm thickness)

Full sheet size 1200 x 600mm, half and quarter sheets available
1- and 2-layer acrylic-based material with a thin foiled surface
Adhesive can be applied
Suitable for curved surfaces, indoor use only
Used for trophy and award plates, interior signage, asset tracking

2-layer highly flexible and robust film with adhesive backing

2-layer flexible material with a micro-surfaced coating on an acrylic core
Comes with adhesive backing and is UV stable (ie suitable for indoors and outdoors)

Ideal for trophy and industrial labelling, functional signage and custom stickers

Drink bottles, mugs and tumblers

Cool for summer and warm for winter

Our insulated drink bottles, mugs and tumblers are made from high-grade 304 stainless steel with a coloured coating that is perfect for laser engraving. Personalising the bottles and mugs by adding a special image or artwork with a laser will create the perfect gift for many special occasions.

The double-walled vacuum insulation keeps ice cold drinks cool up to 24 hours, hot drinks keep their temperature up to 12 hours. The air-tight screw cap prevents leakage.

It’s been 8 years since we introduced our current webshop and we recognise the time has come to revamp our online materials webshop.

Very soon we will launch our new webshop which will deliver an overall better shopping experience for you. Not only will you be able to simply view your previous orders, you can also re-order items at the click of a button plus one account can now have multiple users.

For customers already registered and using our current webshop, activating your account on our new shop will be a simple and quick process. We will advise you how to do this in the coming weeks.

For customers yet to purchase our materials through our online shop, we are making it easier for you to register and start shopping within minutes .
