Required material
Cushion cover in any colour, darker materials showcase the laser engraving results better
Trotec laser machine used

Step 1: Design it!
Open the PDF template in CorelDraw or any other Vector graphic program and adapt it to suit your needs. Or you can unleash your creativity and use your own design.

Step 2: Laser engraving
Put the cover without the filling material into your laser machine. A vacuum table helps you to fix the material, but tape can also be used for additional hold. To keep the cushion cover flat for laser engraving, you can iron it before you put it into the laser engraving machine. This will also help to focus the laser.
LASER SETTINGS
- Laser engraving: Power: 30% - Speed: 100% - Frequency: 500 ppi - Air Assist: ON
When you have finished laser engraving wash the cover to remove any remaining residue.
TIP:
Photos of friends, family or pets can also be used as graphics using the Photo Optimisation settings in Job Control®.
