Step 1: Create or import graphic files
Import our graphics and adapt them to suit your needs. Send the graphics to your Trotec laser using the following settings:

Step 2: Laser process TroCraft Eco
The TroCraft Eco sheet musst be placed into the new Trotec Speedy 400 and cover the remaining engraving area. The new OptiMotion™ path planning function, will automatically change the cutting speed to the geometry being cut. The laser machine being used and the available laser power will determine the parameters:

The new OptiMotion™ function on the Speedy 400 makes it very easy to determine cutting parameters. A simple long straight line will define the right speed at 100% power. If the parameter cuts through at the selected speed, you can adopt this setting for any cutting application on this material - whether large, angular shapes or detailed, small circular geometries. Make sure, however, that the frequency is adjusted accordingly at high speeds (e.g. to 2000Hz or 3000Hz) to obtain a uniform cutting line.
Step 3: Assemble the rocking chair
By putting the three parts of the rocking chair together, the model rocking chair is now ready.
TroCraft Eco is an environmentally-friendly wood sheet which is produced without using additives. It is fully biodegradable and emission-free.
