- 3 sheets of 3mm TroGlass 1200mm x 600mm (Any colour can be used. For the decoration, remaining material can be used)
- String or fishing line to hang decorations
- 60 Watt
- 3.75" lens
- Slat cutting table or Acrylic cutting grid table
For this example we recommend using any laser machine from the SP laser cutter series.
Each laser machine is unique, therefore you may have to adjust the slots to suit the lens you are using to get a nice friction fit.
Create your own design or import our template. Send it to the laser with the recommended laser parameters. The parameters might vary depending on the machine used and the available laser power.

|Black & White||Enhanced Geometries Inner - Geometries First|
Position the material into your laser and cover the remainder of the table to extend the exhaust power. You will need 6 facet components (2 on each sheet) and 4 disks. Remove the protective foil once the cutting is complete.

In order to assemble the Christmas tree, fit each section into the discs. Then, place the largest disc at the base. Note: the disc at the top of the tree is the one with two extra slots for securing the star on top of the tree.
Now you'll be able to place your ornaments on the tree, or you can embellish it with on an individual basis created TroGlass ornaments. Scroll right down to the end of the page to view a large choice of styles.
