This year we present our wide product range at Laser World of Photonics Show in Munich, Germany, from June 26th to June 29th. Visit us at our booth #548 in hall A2 and discover the diversity of our laser systems.
This year we will be presenting a very wide range of laser machines. The flatbed laser of the Speedy series is suitable for laser engraving. We are exhibiting the Speedy 360 flexx, which is equipped with two laser sources and can therefore be used for a variety of applications and materials. For the industrial laser marking of components and workpieces, we are presenting the high-speed galvo laser systems of the SpeedMarker series. In addition to the maintenance-free fiber lasers, the SpeedMarker marking lasers have been available since November 2016 with the latest MOPA laser source. For the large-scale cutting of acrylic, wood or other materials, we also offer an ideal solution - the laser cutter of the SP series. On the SP500, the smallest member of the SP family, giveaways made of acrylic are precisely cut thanks to mark recognition. And we are also exhibiting the GS1000. This 3-axis galvo laser cutter with super-pulsed 100 Watt CO2 laser source ensures the laser cutting and engraving of paper and cardboard, but also wood and acrylic, within seconds.
The flatbed lasers of the Speedy series are the core product at Trotec. The Speedy 360 flexx laser engraving machine is an all-rounder and has two laser sources (CO2 and fiber laser), the patented flexx technology. With these two laser sources, even different materials can be marked, engraved or cut in one work step. All this works without having to manually change the laser source, the lens or the focus.
The laser systems of the SP series are suitable for laser cutting large-scale materials. Depending on the requirements and material size, we offer different sizes of laser cutters for laser cutting. At the Laser World of Photonics we will be exhibiting the SP500 including JobControl vision® pass recognition software.
The SpeedMarker laser workstations offer the ideal conditions for industrial laser marking: Large quantities can be marked with static or variable content within seconds. With the SpeedMark marking software, variable data from external systems (e.g. SAP) can also be processed and laser-marked in the form of Data Matrix codes, serial numbers or other dynamic content. At our booth we will be presenting the SpeedMarker 1300 with the new MOPA laser source.
The heart of the GS1000 is a super-pulsed 100 Watt CO2 3-axis galvo system. This laser workstation offers a processing area of up to 500 x 500 mm. With the laser, a wide range of materials, e.g. acrylic, paper, cardboard, wood, MDF, polystyrene or foam, can be cut or engraved.
